pdCensus2000 – Census Demographics Database is drawn from U.S. Census Bureau 2000 Summary File 1 (SF1) and Summary File 3 (SF3), and succeeding updates. The product includes separate record sorts for each of eight summary levels: National, State, County, County Subdivision, Census Tract, Census Block Group, 3-digit Zip Code Tabulation Area and 5-digit Zip Code Tabulation Area. While coverage is very high, the U.S. Census Bureau does not provide data for every field in every record. Peacock Data United States Census data extractions are particularly valuable because the selection of demographic variables is based on more that 20 years experience by a company that leads in the area of custom data management. The record count is the total number of records contained in each of the three included file formats. The zipped and extracted sizes show the combined total size of all product files. |
